Your nerves are shot and everyone’s on that ONE you’ve got left. Or maybe you can’t lose your stubborn belly fat no matter how little you eat or how much you exercise.

You’re hot one minute and freezing the next. Or possibly you’re one of the many who can’t stay asleep at night and can barely stay awake during the day.

Quite possibly you feel like you’re crawling out of your skin one moment and feel totally numb the next. All in all, you feel lost, alone, and at a loss for “what’s next”.

Please don’t fret, there may be something at work that you’ve not heard of before, you may be in perimenopause. It is the time in a woman’s life before she has her menopause. Some women sail through it without a heave nor a ho…others live in the Perfect Storm for years.

Either way, you won’t know until you are in the thick of it. And if you’re struggling, please know this too shall pass and there are some very simple things you can do to help yourself through this most powerful of life transitions.
