Episode 055: Prioritize Protein To Optimize Hormones (Amongst Other Critical Things)

This is the fifth one and it includes my tried-and-true hierarchy for making protein choices. Since we are eating the flesh (and the fat) of that animal or the egg from that animal, what it ate and how it lived affects us directly.
When choosing animal protein sources, look to the way the animal was raised. What was it fed? In what kind of environment did it live? Was there freedom for movement?
When you choose animals from farms that practice #regenerativeagriculture, you can rest assured you are buying the highest of quality. This “grade” comes from not only the nutrient profile, it is based upon the conditions in which that animal lived. That truly matters.
